<aside> ✅ The 105th TOPIK Exam

<aside> ✅ Check these information when apply!

</aside>

  1. Onece Submitting, you can’t modify basic information again, so please accept it carefully. Also, you are responsible for inputting any wrong information.
  2. One person cannot duplicate applications with One phone number and One Email. Don’t try to submit several times with same information. Multiple duplicate applications with the same phone number and Email will all be canceled by the Authority.
  3. When the applicants reaches to Maxium seat, then the system will be closed automatically. The Number of Maxium seat is 600 applicants for TOPIK1, 2 each.
  4. Due to natural disasters or other circumstances, we can change the date and place of the test or cancel the test. Surely in this case, the Advanced notice will be delivered to all applicants by Email.
  5. Applications may be canceled if a large number of applications or false information is written with the same IP and applicant information.
  6. If you want to take both Topics 1 and 2, you will have to apply them separately.

<aside> ✅ How to Pay after application?

</aside>

  1. Did you complete the Online Application? After application, all applicants are requested to pay the Test Fee at the date and place below.

    ** 09:30AM - 12:00PM, 13:30PM - 16:30PM, 16~17 January (Fri & Saturday) 2026 / Embassy of the Republic of Korea**

  2. [Important] You don’t need to visit the Embassy early morning time. We don’t allow the waiting line from the early morning time. If you completed the Online application well, then we will wait for you on those days. Please don’t come early mornig and make the street be confused.

  3. Test fees are paid in Bangladesh cash only.

  1. When you pay for the fee, please submit 1 copy of your passport or NID together. No need the Printed Application form.
  2. You can pay the fee for yourself, your family, and your friends (if you pay instead, you need a copy of the applicant's ID card each)
  3. If you don't pay the fee on time, your application will be canceled without any notice.
  4. The paid fees are non-refundable.

<aside> ✅ General Regulation of TOPIK test

</aside>

  1. If you apply for the test, it is regarded that you agree to comply with the regulations on the test and to be subject to administrative sanctions under the regulations if you violate them.
  2. If you apply for the test, you will agree to collect and use personal information about the test and provide it to a third party.
  3. You must bring a valid ID according to the ID regulation.
  4. If the test starts, you can’t go outside the Test area, But if there are applicants who use the restroom during exam hours in Emergency, the Autorized staff will accompany the candidate and use a metal detector to search for possession of electronic communication devices, and specify a specific space as the rule.
  5. The cell phone must be turned off, and if the phone rings during the test, it is considered cheating and is discharged.
  6. In the event of cheating, you must be ordered to leave the test area by the supervisor.

<aside> ✅ ID Regulation

</aside>

  1. You must bring one of the following IDs on the day of the test. You cannot take the test without an ID in any reason.
  1. We don’t accept [Birth certificates], [Copies of ID cards], or [Photos of ID cards].
  2. You can’t take the test if your ID information is different from your registered primary information including Photo.

<aside> ✅ Photo Regulation

</aside>

  1. You must upload a Photo when you register for the Online application.
  2. Photos will post clear photos within the last three months.
  3. The photo uploads a 3*4cm photo for the passport, and it is only available in capacities under 5MB.
  4. Black and white photos, blurry photos, photos with hats, photos with sunglasses and earphones, photos with your face covered with bangs, photos taken from an angle other than the front, photos of other images or celebrities other than your face are not available.
  5. Please note that if you have not uploaded the correct photo, you will not be able to apply for the test.

<aside> ✅ Before & On Exam day!

  1. You must arrive at AIUB by that time on the day of the exam(11 April-Sat-2026)
  1. Check the test room and your Registration number again on the bulletin board in front of the test site.
  2. Check the list on the door of the test room and enter the room.
  3. Please sit at the desk with the Registration number and wait for the test start.
  4. The writing instruments for OMR cards are provided by the headquarters and must be marked with the provided writing instruments only.
  5. Please check the Time Table.
